The method that's available for the breast augmentation are fat grafting and breast implants. Both are equally good. Both are equally effective but the choice depends on what is your requirement. Suppose you want a minimal increase in the breast volume and you have a minimal laxity but sufficient amount of breast volume is there you want to augment it then take your own fat and graft it in your breasts. That will remove the minimal laxity which is present in the breast and second thing it adds 30 to 40 percent of the volume which is safer but the technique has to be repeated twice to make it permanent. Suppose if the volume of breast is too low and you want to increase the volume significantly and the laxity is more then the best thing is implants. Nowadays the implant infection rate has very less and the quality and the durability of the implant has increased very much. So a minimum durability of around 10 to 20 years is still available in the market and with a good result. So both are equally effective and the choice depends on your own requirement and patient's breast condition.
