Harley Davidson have lost their appeal to pay export duties for motorcycles destined for the European market as it was deemed illegal for them to claim another country of origin. This case has been ongoing and the courts have decided that the EU were indeed correct in upholding this ruling. So what does this mean for the MoCo in the future?
