These are quick and easy low-carb/keto-friendly protein bites with the main flavor coming from the Sacha Inchi protein. These protein bites could easily be shaped to whatever you'd like (i.e.: rectangular bar, balls, flattened into a bark, and etc.).
These can be made in any number of ways by modifying the combination of ingredients and flavors, so the base flavor can be whatever you desire. For example, add more Sacha Inchi if you'd like them to taste more like that. Add more chocolate chips (or even cacao powder) if you'd like them to taste like chocolate. I'm using a brand called "Imlak'esh" that makes a variety of high quality, organic protein powders, chips, and etc.; Their cacao is great for making hot chocolate, and I'll post a video soon on how to make it!
Here's an easy and quick snack anyone can follow. Measurements are according to my taste, but if you'd like me to get some estimates on amounts, leave a comment and I'll provide them.

- Amish Country Butter
- Organic Whipping Cream
- Sacha Inchi Protein Powder
- Shelled Hemp Seeds
- Ancient Sea Salt
- Turmeric Powder
- 100% Organic Stevia Powder
- 100% Dark Cacao Chocolate Chips
- Organic Cream Cheese
***Opt for organic, grass-fed/grass-finished, pasture-raised, and wild-caught foods, if possible!! Also, avoid seed-oils. Your body will thank you and give you that health kick you need!
