It's crazy to me that we hadn't made this DIY heating pack tutorial yet! This was one of the first projects that I made in middle school home economics and I had that pad for years. Whether it be for treating sore muscles, soothing cramps, or just as a nice little feet warmer, these heating packs are a great gift to yourself or your friends and loved ones!
