Mash time - around 1 hour so get out most of the fermentable sugars. Secondary mash - optional
Boil - 1 hour (minumum because of DMS)
Hop schedule - 10 grams at 60 minutes (start of the boil) The rest is taken care of by Coopers in the extract :)
Nutrients, DME/LME and Whirlflock tablet is added the very last few minutes of the boil
