They hire people that aren't mechanically capable of figuring out simple things. In the process of trying to separate you from your money they break shit or leave it disconnected.
Customer had oil service at Jiffy Lube. They apparently wanted to inspect the air filter as they always do. Unfortunately for the customer they struggled with the 02-06 CR-V air filter box lid. Most likely got frustrated and left it after a poor attempt to check the filter. Funny thing is the filter was totally dirty. Missed an up sale 🤣 cuz you couldn't see it through. I get it, this #k24 OE air box is a bit tight, but still.
Left the PVC hose disconnected because they undid the wrong clamps. Left main large snorkel clamp to air box loose. Left 8mm air box lid hardware loose.
