This video goes over the setup and operation for the Yamaha Seascooter Recreational Series. Below are the following steps:

Step 1 – Disassembling and removing battery - Starts @ 0:22

• Unlatch and remove both latches
• Pull outer nose cone off
• Remove ballast chamber
• Unscrew vent plug
• Screw in wing-nut
• Install safety O-ring
• Insert pump into the t-screw
• To brake the seal, give it a couple of pumps
• Remove inner nose cone
• Remove the battery
• All Yamaha Seascooters have a hologram serial number in the battery compartment

Step 2 – Charging the battery Starts @ 1:58

• Plug the battery into the charger
• Make sure the battery and charger click into place
• Charge times vary, see manual
• A solid green led indicates the battery is charging
• A blinking led indicates a fully charged battery
• Charge battery every 3 months
• Remove battery from Seascooter for storage

Step 3 - O-ring maintenance - Starts @ 2:09

• Make sure all O-rings are properly lubricated with the supplied silicone gel
• Fit the O-ring then apply lubricate.

Step 4 - Building the unit - Starts @ 2:23

• Place battery inside the unit
• Connect battery leads with unit leads. For a secure fit make sure the leads click together
• Tuck battery leads inside the unit
• Match the inner nose cone tab with the unit’s tab.
• Push down firmly
• Screw in vent plug
• To adjust the unit’s buoyancy, add weights to the buoyancy chamber
• Reinstall buoyancy chamber
• Match the outer nose cone tab with the inner nose cone tab.
• Reinstall nose cone latches

Step 5 - Installing the Action Camera on the Mount Starts @ 3:38

• Slide the action camera in the mount
• Screw the action camera in the mount

Step 6 - Operating the unit

• Flip the master switch into the on position - Starts @ 3:52
• Pull right trigger continuously to activate the motor
• Pull left trigger to change speeds (Only available for RDS 350)
