We get a lot of customers calling in regarding a common issue with their office chair - it won't tilt! Luckily, there's a simple adjustment that fixes this problem. This video is shown with an office chair equipped with a basic swivel/tilt mechanism. If your chair has a different type of tilt mechanism, there should be a similar adjustment for the tilt tension that will loosen it up.
