1 chopped onion
1 cup chopped parsley
2 tsp salt
2 tsp 7 spice
1 tsp black pepper

1 sliced onion mixed with 1 tbsp sumac
1/4 cup chopped parsley

✨Note: if you can’t find the tomato and hot pepper paste ( mix 1/4 cup tomato paste with 2 tbsp hot pepper paste)

1:mix ground beef with onion, parsley and spiced till all combined together.
2:shape kaftah the way you like I found using ziploc bag the easiest and the fastest saw this trick to shape them @cookwithdena I use to shape them by hand.
3:cook Kafta labs a on the grill till fully cooked.
4: spread the hot tomato and pepper paste On a bread then add onion and parsley, bake at 450F for couple minutes be careful they cook fast.
5: top the bread with kaftah then too with parsley and onion
6: serve with the sides you like, always humus the best choice and tabouli then enjoy.
