Westview Park colloquially known as 'Garbage Hill' was built upon a garbage dump. The City of Winnipeg invested to reshape the dump for recreational use. Now, it gives an overlooking view of the surrounding area and establishments. It is being used as on off-leash dog park and toboggan hill during winter.
