[EXCLUSIVE][BUS INCIDENT] SBST Mercedes Benz Citaro on Service 222 stuck at bus stop. For some unknown reason, the bus was stopped partially out resulting in the blocking of traffic in the bus lane with the bus driver getting out with another passenger apparently seen trying to talk with each other outside of the bus for unknown reasons, causing minor delay to other people.
