Subnational governments are encouraged to actively engage and contribute to the process of developing a robust post 2020 global biodiversity framework; facilitate dialogues, meetings and consultations on the post 2020; and to make the results and outcomes of such dialogues, meetings and consultations available the CBD clearinghouse and other appropriate mechanisms.
