The way we breathe has a direct effect on our stress levels. The shorter and faster our breath is, the more likely we end up being a little stressed. And the longer and slower our breath is, the more likely we can maintain calmness.
Our breath (and our physical posture) has a direct correlation to our sympathetic and parasympathetic systems. Watch the video to learn more!
During this session, we will work on our breath, while the #chairyoga movement will be working on getting our breath and movement aligned.
