Erin Patterson, 48, of Leongatha, Australia is currently suspected for intentionally poisoning her former in-laws. Three people died so far. She allegedly used death cap mushrooms (Amanita phalloides) to poison her guests during what would become a lethal lunch. Gail’s sister, Heather Wilkinson, 66, and her husband, Ian Wilkinson, a 68-year-old pastor, were among the affected. Ian Wilkinson is now fighting for his life at a Melbourne hospital as he awaits a liver transplant.
