FANUC Robotics intelligent paint robots offer manufacturers and suppliers a competitive and affordable advantage in painting and coating applications, including painting in a chain-on-edge environment, as seen in this demonstration.
This demo features FANUC's new P-50iB Robot. The P-50iB Robot is designed to completely paint and coat a variety of products in nearly every industry and manufacturing application. This robot's reach ranges from 1400 to 1800 millimeters; its payload ranges from 10 to 15 kilograms, based on the P-50iB's two different models. Both models of the P-50iB can be equipped with FANUC's patented iRVision software, which can identify parts in multiple orientations.
This demonstration is set up to show the P-50iB Robot's versatility and consistency -- both of which are critical in painting in a chain-on-edge environment. The new P-50iB Robot works well for many applications including liquid painting, powder coating, index table painting, and can operate in hazardous environments. In addition, the P-50iB Robot can be mounted in a floor, wall or invert mount.
