Local media reported this week that Moody’s Investor Services had downgraded the state’s bond rating. A report in the Albuquerque Journal indicated workers in New Mexico are making less than the national average in many instances. And this week, Albuquerque agreed to give Topgolf roughly 2 ½ million in incentives, and only minor clawbacks, to build an entertainment complex in the city - despite Mayor Keller’s veto, which the council overrode..
