Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Brazil on Wednesday to take part in the eleventh BRICS summit. This will be PM Modi's sixth instance of participation in the five-nation grouping. PM tweeted upon his arrival in Brasilia. He said he would meet various world leaders during his visit. He also expressed confidence that the summit would enhance 'cultural and economic linkages' between BRICS nations. One of his tweets was also in Portuguese, Brazil's major language.
