In order to remember names you need to look on the face and find a unique feature and then turn the name in to an image and visualize it on the unique feature.

The key to remembering names is to see the name as a picture. For example:

Steve = stove
Lisa = Mona Lisa
Brian = brain
Karen = carrot
Wendy - wind
Frank = frankfurter
Wayne = rain

The more action and emotion you can use to visualize the name the better chance that you will remember it.

In order to be able to remember the name of the person the next time you see them you must review. Review is the key to long term memory.
