What is the Best Way to Tenderize a Steak?

Tenderising Steak techniques
You will need:
Some Rump Steaks
A blunt instrument
3 kiwi fruits
1/2 a fresh pineapple
A good pinch of salt and cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2-3 tbsp cooking oil
