Following the Government response to an Urgent Question on Ukraine with particular reference to the use of rape as a weapon of war, James Sunderland MP says that any such violations will galvanise the Ukrainian forces to become even more formidable and will galvanise the ICC, UN and other agencies involved to gather the evidence to ensure future prosecutions.
