Last weekend I drove back to my home town to visit Caleb Luthringer @calebluthringer8975 and Ron Dahlke at one of their honey yards as they prep the hives to be placed out for pollination at the watermelon fields. This was such fun trip meeting other beekeepers with the same love and passion for bees. Ron has been a beekeeper for...did he say 50 years???? A really long time let's just keep it at that ;) And Caleb already up to 6 years in the game! We talk about honey hives and the honey flow, varroa treatments, queen excluders vs no excluder, rotating frames, moving queens down, what he looks for in his hives, Russian bee!! And sooooo much more. As always thank you for watching :) Your support is the reason why we are here!
