🤔 67 yr old male with intractable nausea and vomiting, and abdominal pain.
🤔 Epigastric, non-radiation, constant, dull, occurring after a meal. He took Tums without relief.
🤔 Gradual onset over minutes, and when paramedics arrived he was in severe distress & vomiting.
🤔 BP 88 (systolic).
