Luigi Mangione's defence attorney has told the court that she is "very concerned" over his right to a fair trial.
Karen Freidman Agnifolio says that Mangione is "being prejudiced by statements made by government officials" and that the New York Mayor has been "making a spectacle" of him with the "biggest staged perp walk" she's seen in her career.
This comes as Luigi Mangione pleads not guilty in court to the murder and terror charges over healthcare CEO's killing.
