Ingrdients:
2 cups toordal
7-8 menthe beeja
1 tsp hesaru kalu
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 cucumber,1 cup pumpkin,1/4th cup peas,1 tsp groundnuts,1/2 cup mangalore sauthekayi huli,7-8 beans
water as required
For masala:
1/2 tsp oil
2 tbsp chanadal& urad dal
7-8 menthe beeja
1/2 tsp hing
1/4 th cup coriander seeds
curry leaves 1 tbsp
7 red chilli
For sambar
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
curry leaves
boiled veggies and daal
salt to taste
3 tsp chilli powder
jaggery
3 tbsp sambar masala prepared
coriander leaves
1/4th cup tamarind extract
