This is a compilation video I put together using footage of commercials and episodes from shows that played on Saturday mornings (from 8 in the morning to noon) on ABC in the late 80's. It pretty strictly follows a spring 1987 schedule for ABC Saturday mornings. Certain shows (like The Flintstone Kids and The Bugs Bunny & Tweety Show) can't be used for copyright reasons. These shows were substituted with other great cartoons and shows that played on ABC around the same time. Think of it as a retro remix or a bootleg Saturday morning broadcast.
We're baaaaacccckkkkkk!! Saturday morning cartoons return to the channel after months of being absent! I have plans to return to show other blocks/decades eventually, but for now, I think I'd like to explore this era of cartoons, so stay tuned for more Saturday morning cartoons from different networks. As with any video I make, I hope you enjoyed it!

The intended audience for this video (and others like it) are adults who are nostalgic for Saturday morning cartoons that they grew up with, and a cursory glance through the comments of this video (and others like it) will show that most the people watching it are adults.
