Looking for a food festival in Italy that will blow your mind? The Porcini Mushroom Festival, AKA Sagra Del Fungo, AKA Fiera Del Fungo is absolutely fantastic. Porcini pasta, porcini rice balls, porcini fries, porcini steak, you will find porcini heaven here, but really, that's nothing. This festival celebrates all the fantastic food from the region so expect amazing cheese, local produce, cured meats, and all around a fantastic time.
Just a note: no one asked me to make this film. I wasn't paid to do it, and it only exists because I really truly love this festival and the town of Borgotaro with all my heart. They are the warmest people, have the best food, and is a little slice of heaven on earth. Thanks to Diego, Elisa and everyone that makes it possible to enjoy, especially my friends Peter, Rachel, Olivier, Serena and Jackie. Love you all.
