This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Approximately 30% of the employees in the Netherlands have no idea of the strategy of their organisation while approximately half of those working do not enjoy their job. Duncan Oyevaar believes that this must, and can, change. If people make it a sport at their department or their entire company to achieve better results in all respects and be rewarded for this with the help of the Great Game of Business, the commitment, creativity and return will improve and absenteeism reduced. Duncan is convinced that a sustainable change of people and organisations is possible in this way, that people can then enjoy going to work more and that this will benefit the Netherlands PLC in many ways.
