[  ] 5-8 Carrots
[  ] 2 tsp Barbecue Spice
[  ] 2 tsp Shisanyama Spice
[  ] 1 can Baked Beans
[  ] 1/4 Cup Nandos Preggo Sauce
[  ] Salt and pepper to taste
