To determine your physical readiness to return to running, we have established a group of tests and prerequisites that must be achieved prior to initiating jogging activities.
Pass greater than 85% symmetry between legs on the Y-Balance Test.
Score satisfactory (greater than 85% symmetry) on leg muscular endurance tests:
Single leg calf raise test
Single leg sit to stand
Single leg hamstring bridge
Perform satisfactory on the Single Leg Pogo Test.
Tolerate 20+ total minutes of pre-running/plyometric activities
