Away from the sheep farm in the Orkney Islands of Scotland, I work as a TV news reporter in Cardiff for ITV Wales. I wanted to find out how the woollen mill industry in Wales is adapting to change, so I went to film at two mills, one old and one brand new to learn all about the process.
