Ingredients:
1 lb (16oz) Lump Crab
2 Tbs Chopped Fresh Parsley
3/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Wet mix:
1 Beaten Egg
2 Tbs Dijon Mustard
2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Tsp Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Lemon Dijon Sauce:
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1-2 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper to Taste
