Yiyu Chen, Building Performance Engineer with Zero Envy, demos one of his energy modeling projects. He developed an analytical geometry using Autodesk Revit based on the architect's model. Using a specialized approach with unique rules for this application, he was able to export a gbXML file from Revit, and import the model into IES Virtual Environment for energy modeling and simulation.
