This video goes over two of my favorite activities to teach children to blow their noses independently! These activities illustrate two important concepts - first, that whenever we blow our noses we need to hold one nostril down, and second, we need to aggressively push air through our nose in order to be successful. #occupationaltherapy #toddleractivities #childdevelopment
