Dateline Philippines: A member of the Philippine Health Department's National Immunization Technical Advisory Group says health officials are just being over-reactive in a good way, when it suspended the rollout of AstraZeneca's vaccine to people below 60. Dr. Maria Consorcia Lim-Quizon says the bigger worry, at least here in the Philippines, is the delay in the arrival of the much-needed vaccines.
