In 2011 a visitor to Torres Del Paine National Park started a devestating forest fire that changed the park forever. The native forest that was destroyed comprised of trees that grow slowly and reach maturity only after approximately 200 years.
These trees make for an interesting subject to photograph, but tell a story of destruction and devastation.
