Most people in South East Asia love durians and it's the durian season again!
Today, we are going to make a durian dessert that most durian lovers will adore!
This recipe makes about 28-34 puffs depending on the choux pastry size.
INGREDIENTS:
(Choux Pastry)
75g Butter
180ml Water
113g Flour
1/2tsp Salt
3 Eggs
(Durian Filling)
500g Durian flesh
1/3cup Heavy cream
Bake at preheated oven at 180°c for 30 minutes.
