I don't need to tell you how good bratwurst infused with the flavors of beer is but in my opinion the Sous Vide method adds more flavor with some extra added bonuses. I like to include mustard and sometimes onions as well. I have even incorporated the leftover beer with the juices from the bratwurst into cheese sauces and a homemade Velveeta style cheese. I use the water displacement method for this because it is easier to get a good airtight seal. #guinness #bratwurst #sousvide
