WRITTEN RECIPE
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
BUTTER 50gm
FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC 10 CLOVES
FINELY CHOPPED GINGER 1 INCH
FINELY CHOPPED ONION 1 (LARGE SIZED)
MUSHROOMS 100gm
DARK SOY SAUCE 1SP
BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1.5 SP
MIXED HERBS 1SP
FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
PROCEDURE:
* To a hot pan, add 50gm butter. Let it melt
* Add garlic, ginger, onion.
* Saute well on a high heat
until the aroma gets released &
onions turn translucent.
* Slice mushrooms into halves.
Add them to the pan
* Give it a mix.
Bring vegetables and mushrooms together
* Cook them on a high flame for about 2 minutes
* Let the water evaporate
* Then, add dark soy sauce, black pepper powder,
salt as per taste and mixed herbs.
* Give it a mix and saute on a high flame
* At last, finish with fresh chopped coriander leaves
* Soy butter mushrooms are ready.
