Healthy superfood choc bliss balls!
nut-free, vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar free, dairy free
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pepita seeds
- 8-10 dates
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 2tbsp chia seeds
- 2tbsp cocoa powder
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp tumeric
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- desiccated coconut to coat
Soak the dates in a bowl of hot water for at least 10 minutes. In a food processor, blend all ingredients together until well combined. Roll the mixture into about 18 small balls and coat them in the desiccated coconut. Enjoy a healthy sweet superfood treat!!
