Women with PID can definitely get pregnant as doctors are there to help them. It also depends on the severity of the disease. Patients with very bad inflammation need to take long term treatment of antibiotics and non-inflammatory agents, and then doctors can do IVF cycle for them. Even if someone had PID in past, an IVF can be successful for them.
