Thousands of Kosovo Albanians calling for independence took to the streets on Saturday (25/4) as tension in the enclave continued to escalate and Yugoslavia poured more troops and armour into the troubled province. The Yugoslav Army also dispalyed on Saturday (24/4) weapons they claim to have captured from ethnic Albanian separatists. Meanwhile a Serbian policeman, Gligorija Milojevic, was Recovering from sustained chest and stomach wounds allegedly caused by Albanian separatists, according to his doctor.
