In April of 2023, an FIR was lodged against Mr BV Srinivas, the National President of the Indian Youth Congress for sexual harassment in Assam by a fellow party member. The FIR details an incident from February of 2023. The Gauhati High Court had previously denied him anticipatory bail and refused to quash the proceedings against him. The supreme Court has now granted him anticipatory bail. We bring you the full story and details of the case in this video.
