The Telephoto Lens Drone:
The stock DJI Phantom camera has been modified. It will now easily and quickly accept a large number of lenses of various focal lengths, from very wide to telephoto, both IR and non-IR. They can be swapped-out in minutes.
Great for tower, critical power-line and other mechanical or safety inspections at altitude.

Because of the high degree of magnification, you will see a slight "jello" (rolling shutter) effect, a bit more pronounced than the stock lens. But given the extreme focal length and the ability to see objects-at-a-distance, the results are well worth it, and the image is still amazingly stable, all things considered.
In this case, you do not want to use an ND filter for a slow shutter, because you want every frame of the video to be as sharp and blur-free as possible.
Next Phase: Procuring some upgraded lens material and developing a micro-mechanical ZOOM lens to go from wide to telephoto, or about 2mm to 30mm (12mm to 180mm) while maintaining the electro-mechanical balance of the gimbal positioning coils.
