(30 Apr 2019) Several heavily armed men in military attire stood guard at a bridge in Caracas on Tuesday as Venezuela's oppositions continues to put pressure to outs President Nicolas Maduro.
Some could be seen wearing bulletproof vests reading "Bolivarian National Guard", while others had boxes of ammunition.
Earlier, Venezuela's government said it is putting down a small coup attempt by military "traitors" working with right-wing opponents.
Opposition leader Juan Guaidó called for a military uprising in a video that showed him surrounded by heavily armed soldiers and accompanied by detained activist Leopoldo Lopez at a Caracas air base.
