Qamar Manzil (قمر منزل بھاٹی گیٹ) is also known as Lal Haveli of Bhatti gate. It was built by Qamaruddin. Its foundation was laid on 31 July 1907. There used to be gatherings of poets, writers, thinkers, painters, and calligraphers. The mansion has more than 20 rooms and more than 120 doors.
