Berlin Culture Festival and Carnival takes place every year during the Pentecost weekend, and the main attraction are the parties and live acts as well the big carnival parade on Sunday.
Over 900 artists participate in the four-day street festival, which is a huge platform for most forms of cultural expression with both traditional and modern features.
