Firefighters were dispatched to a reported residential structure fire in the 22800 block of Calle Angelina within the unincorporated community of De Luz. The first unit on scene confirmed a fully involved structure with flames extending to four vehicles and a threat to vegetation.
With quick and diligent work, firefighters contained the fire to the structure and four vehicles, while preventing extension to the threatened vegetation. One civilian sustained a minor injury and denied transport to a local hospital. The Red Cross was contacted for a family that was displaced by the fire.
