BARBERRY RICE WITH CHICKEN:
Ingredients:
Chicken breast: 5 pieces (1 kilo)
Saffron: ½ tsp
Sugar: 1 tsp + 1 tbsp
Basmati rice: 4 cups
Butter: 3 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Onion chopped: ½ cup
Garlic chopped: 1 tbsp
Grated Tomato sauce: 1 cup
Tomato paste: 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
Paprika powder: ½ tsp
Coriander powder: ½ tsp
Salt: 1 tsp + 1 tsp
Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
Barberry (zereshk): ½ cup
Roasted cashew nuts: 10-12
