Normally whern you see a 70 hit combo achievement you have to work out a whole list of commands and timings etc , however in Phantom Breaker Omnia this will require a total of 1 Button.

Use the following Method to get all the Combo Achievements :

Method

Game Mode : Training

In training select the following Characters :

Player 1 : Rimi - Choose Omnia Style
Player 2 : Anyone will do - Choose Quick Style

In Training options change all gauges to infinite.

Push Left Trigger(LT) and the 70 Hit Combo Achievement will unlock.
