Did you know about Vivenda Group's Co-Gen system at Lumino Park? The last two generators are being installed now, but the biggest one has been working since 2013!
Co-Gen produces electricity for our property, as well as recycling excess heat for snow melting, domestic hot water, and heating our parkade! It dramatically reduces emissions by using more efficient generators, and cutting out the transmission loss from large power plants! It also helps to save our residents money, by reducing the cost of electricity available for them!
